My spiritual journey began long before I started formally studying past lives in 2019. For most of my life, I have been deeply curious about spirituality, consciousness, and the mysteries of the soul.
My own transformation began when I took part in a Past Life Hypnosis Session with Allison Coe — an experience that completely changed my life. Before this, I had already started my inner work, focusing on the well-being of both mind and soul. I was inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, practiced simple daily meditations, and immersed myself in the Law of Attraction through the guidance of Abraham (Esther Hicks).
Through this practice, synchronicities began to unfold, and it was then that Dolores Cannon’s groundbreaking work entered my life. From that point on, clarity and peace of mind became my compass, guiding me ever deeper into this path of service.
Today, I bring all of these experiences into the work I share with others, holding space for healing, clarity, and connection with the Higher Self.
My Training & Certifications
My path to becoming a certified QHHT® Practitioner has been a journey of dedication, learning, and profound personal growth. Trained through Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, I have completed both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications with deep respect for the integrity of this life-changing modality.
Level 1 – Foundational Practitioner
My journey began with the online Level 1 course, a comprehensive study of Dolores Cannon’s original teachings. After completing the training, I sat the exam — with three attempts allowed, though thankfully, I passed and received my Certificate of Completion.
Next came the practical experience — finding my own 25 case studies, which wasn’t easy during the challenges of 2020! Once the world began to reopen, I was finally able to begin my practice. Each case study required a written synopsis and detailed feedback, which was then uploaded for review and marking by the Academy. It was a slow and thorough process that ensured each practitioner gained real-world experience and confidence.
After successfully completing and submitting all 25 cases, I received my QHHT® Level 1 Practitioner Certification.
Level 2 – Advanced Practitioner
I then continued on to Level 2, an in-depth and truly transformational training. The course expanded on everything I had learned, refining my techniques and deepening my understanding of the Higher Self connection. The Level 2 exam was challenging — requiring a score of 80% or above to pass — but it was worth every moment of study and practice.
Julia Cannon, who now leads the Academy, is a remarkable teacher: kind, clear, and devoted to upholding the high standards of her mother’s legacy. Her guidance helped me refine my sessions into what they are today — powerful, compassionate, and deeply healing.
When I received my golden Level 2 Certificate, it felt like both a celebration and a calling — to continue sharing this extraordinary work with others.
Each certificate is framed with pride, a reminder of how far I’ve come and how life-changing QHHT® truly is. I would wholeheartedly recommend this modality to anyone who feels called to explore the deeper dimensions of the self and the wisdom of the soul.
March 2023 Update
I set out to achieve my goal of completing the QHHT® Level 2 Practitioner certification, and I am so grateful to share that this dream became a reality.
It was such a blessing to reconnect with Dolores Cannon’s teachings and to learn directly through Julia Cannon during the training. The Level 2 course not only deepened my skills but also strengthened my confidence in practicing Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.
As a student of Dolores Cannon’s legacy, I feel deeply privileged and honored to carry forward this powerful healing modality.

Future Path
Reaching Level 2 Practitioner has truly leveled me up — it gave me greater confidence, trust, and depth in facilitating QHHT sessions. To date, I have facilitated over 90 sessions, each one a unique and powerful journey of healing and self-discovery.
Looking ahead, my focus is to continue expanding this experience, deepening the work, and allowing my practice to evolve in alignment with the guidance I receive. My future will always be dedicated to helping others connect with their Higher Self and step into their own power.
What Did I Do Before Becoming a QHHT Practitioner?
Before stepping into my role as a QHHT practitioner, I worked as a Kindergarten Teacher and Dance Teacher for children. I also taught Interactive Media – Phonics via Letter Land.
I loved creating joyful learning environments. I taught dance to children and also ran classes for parents with babies in a program called Toddlers’ World. These classes helped parents engage with their little ones through play and movement, making it easier for the children to learn English in a fun, natural way.
I also taught phonics to Primary 3 children using interactive methods with Letter Land. My years working with children were filled with creativity, laughter, and meaningful connections, especially during my time teaching in private kindergartens across Hong Kong.
