My Spiritual Journey

For most of my life, I have been fascinated by the mind, consciousness, spirituality, metaphysics and the mysteries of the soul. I have always been curious about what lies beyond our everyday awareness and the deeper questions of who we are and why we are here.

My spiritual journey began long before I started formally studying past lives in 2019. My own transformation began when I experienced a Past Life Hypnosis Session with Allison Coe — an experience that completely changed my life.

Before this, I had already begun my own inner work, focusing on the wellbeing of both mind and soul. I was inspired by the teachings of Dr Joe Dispenza, practised daily meditation and explored the Law of Attraction through the teachings of Abraham, as shared by Esther Hicks.

As I continued along this path, synchronicities began to unfold. It was through these experiences that Dolores Cannon’s groundbreaking work entered my life, opening the door to QHHT® and a deeper exploration of consciousness.

What began as my own journey of discovery eventually became a calling to support others on theirs.

My Training & Certifications

My path to becoming a QHHT® Practitioner has been a journey of dedication, learning and profound personal growth.

I trained through Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, completing both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications with deep respect for the integrity of this unique modality.

Level 1 – Foundational Practitioner

My journey began with the online Level 1 course, studying Dolores Cannon’s original teachings. After completing the training, I sat the examination and was delighted to pass and receive my Certificate of Completion.

Next came the practical experience — completing my own 25 case studies, which was particularly challenging during the events of 2020. Once the world began to reopen, I was finally able to begin my practical work.

Each case study required a written synopsis and detailed feedback, which was submitted to the Academy for review. It was a thorough process designed to ensure each practitioner gained practical experience and confidence.

After successfully completing and submitting all 25 cases, I received my QHHT® Level 1 Practitioner Certification.

Level 2 – Advanced Practitioner

I then continued to Level 2, an in-depth and transformational stage of my training. The course expanded on everything I had learned, refining my techniques and deepening my understanding of consciousness and the Higher Self connection.

The Level 2 examination was challenging and required a score of 80% or above to pass. After successfully completing the course and examination, I received my QHHT® Level 2 Practitioner Certification.

Receiving my golden Level 2 certificate was a very special moment for me. It represented not only the dedication and commitment involved in my training, but also how far my own journey had taken me.

Today, I bring my experience, training and passion for this work into every session, creating a warm and compassionate space where each person’s unique journey can unfold.
