inner protectors, younger selves, guides, past-life consciousness, or the quiet knowing of your Higher Self.

Suitable for:
Anyone who feels ready to meet themselves without hypnosis, in a clear and grounded way.
LEVEL 3 — The Multidimensional Bridge
Duration: 2 hours

Format: Live on Zoom
Level 3 uses a gentle Hemi-Sync style relaxation, not hypnosis —
just enough to quiet the surface mind so your field can open.
This level supports access to:
• multidimensional memory
• star aspects and galactic connections
• parallel expressions of self
• soul-level communication
• body intelligence
• symbolic and energetic healing
While some of the depth may feel familiar to those who have experienced QHHT®,
Soul Seat Sessions™ move through a different field — direct, conscious, and present.

This is not about fixing you.
It is not about analysing your life.
And it is not about handing your power to anyone else.
Soul Seat Session™ Level 1 is about learning how to return to yourself.

What Is Soul Seat Session™ — Level 1?
Level 1 is the foundation of Soul Seat Sessions™.
It is both an experience and a teaching.
You are gently shown how to:
• connect to yourself through breath and presence
• recognise what safety feels like in your body
• listen to your inner signals and intuition
• respond to yourself with care rather than force
This session helps you remember that you already have the ability to support yourself — you may just have forgotten how.

What Happens in a Level 1 Session?
In Soul Seat Session™ Level 1, we begin by slowing everything down.
Through guided breath, awareness, and gentle listening, you are supported to relax without leaving yourself and to reconnect with what is known as the Seat of the Soul — the steady, centred place within you that remains present even when life feels difficult.
You are never taken anywhere.
You are never asked to override your body.
Instead, you are taught how to:
• settle your nervous system
• recognise when you are disconnecting
• return to yourself when emotions arise
• listen to your body rather than push through it
Most importantly, you learn how to do this for yourself, beyond the session.

Listening to the Body
In Soul Seat Session™ Level 1, we also gently listen to the body.
The body carries information long before the mind has language for it.
Rather than analysing symptoms or trying to fix anything, we invite the body to communicate in its own way.
Through guided awareness, you are supported to notice sensations, emotions, or subtle responses — and to listen to what your body is asking for.
With your permission, I may gently ask a small number of reflective questions, such as:
• what the body has been carrying
• what it needs right now
• what would help it feel safer or more supported
You are always in control.
Nothing is forced.
There are no right or wrong answers.
This process helps you learn how to:
• recognise your body’s signals
• respond with care instead of override
• and trust what your body is communicating
Most importantly, you are shown how to continue this dialogue with yourself after the session.
